How Much Does It Cost? The turn-key price is $64,950 for a complete shop. This
includes the initial franchise fee of $15,000, assistance in finding a location, transforming the
location into an operating shop with equipment, decorations and initial supply inventory. Snip N’
Clip® will provide information to assist you in hiring and training the initial staff needed to get
your shop started. In addition, we will provide initial onsite training for you and/or your shop manager. How Much Training is Provided? For the owner/manager, Snip N’ Clip provides a three-day course in the Kansas City area or in your shop. This course covers operations, administration and marketing techniques. In addition, a field representative will be at your shop prior to the opening and during the first days of operation to assist you in getting started. How do I qualify? Snip N’ Clip selects franchise owners
who meet certain financial qualifications with good credit and a desire to succeed
in business. If you would like to be considered, fill out the pre-qualification
forms, select the market area you would like for your first shop, and return to
us today! Do I need prior experience in the hair care business? No! Over two-thirds of our franchisees have come to Snip N’ Clip from outside the haircare industry. We are looking for people who are truly interested in building a successful business. Our training is designed to give you the skills you’ll need to start this business. Typically, franchise owners do not get involved in cutting hair but are strictly the business managers for the shops. You will hire licensed stylists to work directly with customers. Although some owners are licensed stylists and do participate as day-to-day managers, most owners have other jobs and own their shops as an investment.
